One cable for power and data
The Starlink Mini has its own DC barrel port and no PoE injector like the bigger Starlink dishes. This splitter lets you send power and data to the Mini down a single PoE ethernet cable.
At the dish end it splits into an RJ45 plug for data and a barrel plug for power.

How it works
Power and data down one line
Plug a PoE ethernet cable from your 48V PoE source into the splitter. At the Mini, the splitter separates it into a data plug and a power plug, so only one cable has to run out to the dish.

Why 48V
Go further without dropouts
The Mini will run from 12V, but over medium and long cable runs 12V sags and the dish can cut out under load. Sending 48V down the line keeps the voltage up at the dish, so you can run a much longer cable.
Shorter run from a 12V system? Our 12V to 30V booster is a simpler fix for dropouts.

What do I plug into it?
A PoE ethernet cable from a 48V PoE power source. The power source is not included.
Why not just use a long DC cable?
At 12V a long cable loses voltage and the Mini can drop out. 48V over PoE carries power much further.
Does it suit Standard or Gen 3 dishes?
No. It is made for the Starlink Mini, which has a separate DC power port.
Can it go outside?
Yes, it is weather-resistant. Keep the plugs clean and dry when you connect them.
What's the warranty?
12 months against manufacturing faults. Contact our team if you have any trouble.
