Bushman Heavy Duty Series upright

The Bushman DC65-X is a compact, low power upright 12V fridge from Bushman's 2026 Heavy Duty Series. It suits boats, camper trailers, 4x4 canopies, vans and smaller caravans.
The shelves are height adjustable and the door balconies have rails to stop things moving while you drive. Fit it with the free mounting kit, or flush mount it into your cabinetwork.

Made for your setup
At only 450mm wide and 525mm tall, the DC65-X gives you a proper upright fridge with a small freezer compartment in a space not much bigger than a portable fridge. It averages about 1.0Ah per hour, so it is easy on your battery.
The small freezer compartment (about 210 x 220 x 90mm) holds ice packs and ice cube trays at around -12 °C.

Does the door stick out past the fridge when opened?
No. At 90° the door stays within the cabinet width. Only the handle sticks out, by about 20mm.
Will 2L milk bottles fit in the door?
No. The DC65-X door takes 1L bottles. Step up to the DC85-X if you need 2L bottles in the door.
What battery and solar does it need?
Bushman recommends a 120Ah AGM or 75Ah lithium battery with about 200W of solar. That runs it for at least three days and nights.
Can the door open from the other side?
Yes. The hinges and handle can be moved from the right side to the left.
Can I run it on 240V?
Yes, through a 240V to 12V transformer. Most owners run it from their battery bank and use a smart charger to keep the battery topped up on mains power.
