DETAILS

The Perception Lighting CAN-Bus High Beam Interface Module is a smart solution designed for modern vehicles where traditional high-beam wiring is no longer accessible.

Many late-model vehicles control headlights digitally via CAN-bus systems. This module reads high-beam status directly from the vehicle’s CAN-bus network and outputs a clean 12V or 24V trigger signal to activate auxiliary driving lights via a relay — without cutting or interfering with factory headlight wiring.

It is suitable for a wide range of passenger vehicles, 4WDs, utes, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles running 12V or 24V electrical systems.

Key Features

  • CAN-bus controlled high-beam detection
  • Triggers auxiliary driving lights without tapping headlight wires
  • Prevents dash errors and fault codes
  • Compatible with 12V and 24V systems
  • Single high-beam output (relay trigger)
  • Compact, sealed module with status LED
  • Ideal for LED driving lights and light bars
  • Designed for modern vehicles with CAN-bus lighting control

How It Works

  • Connects to the vehicle’s CAN-HI and CAN-LO wires
  • Monitors CAN-bus data in real time
  • Detects when factory high beam is activated
  • Outputs a switched 12V / 24V signal
  • Signal is used to trigger a relay for auxiliary lights
  • No Vehicle coding or programming required.
