Overview

The AC50P puts a 504Wh LiFePO4 battery and a 700W inverter into a compact 6.9 kg unit. It’s sized for a weekend at camp, the back of the 4WD or keeping the essentials going when the power drops out.

Six outputs run at once: a 700W AC outlet, two 65W USB-C ports, a USB-A port and a 120W car socket. Power Lifting Mode handles resistive loads up to 1,200W, like a kettle or rice cooker.

Turbo Charging takes it from empty to 80% in about 50 minutes on the wall. On the road it charges from solar (up to 200W) or the car’s 12V or 24V socket.

What can the AC50P run?

Appliances up to 700W on the AC outlet. In Power Lifting Mode it runs pure resistive loads such as kettles and irons up to 1,200W. Gear with motors or compressors can draw 2-4 times its rated power on start-up, so check the start-up load before relying on it.

How long will it run my gear?

BLUETTI’s formula is 504Wh x 90% depth of discharge x 85% inverter efficiency, divided by (load + 10W self-consumption). For a steady 100W load that’s about 3.5 hours. It doesn’t apply to compressor fridges, which cycle on and off.

How fast does it charge?

From the wall with Turbo Charging: about 50 minutes to 80% and 80 minutes to full. Solar (200W): about 3 hours. Car socket: about 5-7 hours on 12V or 3-4 hours on 24V.

What solar panel suits the AC50P?

One with MC4 connectors and an open circuit voltage within 12-28V, up to 200W. BLUETTI recommends one PV120 or PV200. The solar charging cable is in the box.

Can it work as a UPS?

Yes. It supports pass-through charging with a UPS switching time of 20 ms or less, so it can keep a modem or computer running when the mains drops out.

Can I expand the capacity?

BLUETTI says the AC50P works with a B80P battery (806Wh) in Power Bank Mode using an aviation-to-XT60 cable. contact our team if you want to set this up.
